Delivery
Standard Delivery
Despatch is by Royal Mail or Parcel Force and takes 2 - 3 working days. Cost £4.99
Express Delivery
If the items you have ordered are in stock and your order has been placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday your parcel will be sent next day delivery. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday (we do try for Saturday but this can not be guaranteed) Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched Monday for delivery Tuesday. If items are out of stock we will contact you either by telephone or email to discuss your order.
All parcels must be signed for to ensure a safe delivery. Please supply a delivery address where a signature is available. Please quote your registered card address when placing an order. To add this option, just click the 'Express Delivery' button at the top of the page. Cost is £3 extra on top of our standard delivery charge.
Saturday Delivery
Saturday delivery costs £17 UK only. Please order before 3.30pm Friday. You will need to call us on 01653 697440 to arrange for Saturday delivery.
Delivery Outside the UK
We are happy to deliver to other country's however please contact us prior to completing your order. Delivery charges will vary depending where the goods are being shipped.
Overseas Orders
We are pleased to quote for exporting orders overseas. Postage is charged at cost, (minimum £4.99).
Signature on Delivery
For Parcel Force and Royal Mail Special Deliveries we would normally require a signature. If however, you wish your parcel to be left without a signature, you may authorize us to do so by entering this request in the Delivery Notes box at the Check Out. If the parcel should go missing, once it has been delivered, White Rose Saddlery could not accept any responsibility for the loss, so please ensure you ask for the parcel to be left in a secure place. Alternatively you can state an alternative delivery address such as your work address, friend or relative, or request we leave with a neighbour if you are not in.
